What to expect as a tenant?

Once you’ve found a rental property you’re interested in, please contact us. We’ll act as a conduit between yourself and the landlord, organising viewings, then negotiating a tenancy agreement you’re both happy with. We’ll also undertake credit and reference checks on your new landlord’s behalf, and organise placing your deposit in the secure, independent Tenancy Deposit Scheme so everyone’s protected.

Once you’ve got the keys and moved into your new home, we may also manage the property for your landlord, organising ongoing maintenance and helping to solve hiccups you may have.
